Charlie getting a boy scout award. He did earn an Eagle Scout, not sure if this is it. I don't remember any big deal party but maybe I (Sandy) was distracted or I (Sandy) was not around. Proud parents looking on. I'm hoping Charlie will chime in and contribute what was happening here.
